Join Naoise for a nourishing two-night retreat at The Almanage, a weekend devoted to reconnecting with yourself and stepping into spring feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed.

Enjoy uplifting and restorative yoga, a guided mountain nature walk, sauna and cold plunge rituals, five macrobiotic meals prepared by the incredible chef to support digestion and vitality, and a special nutrition workshop led Eilis from Saolsona Nutrition.

With a silent brunch for mindful reflection and slow, grounding evenings designed to calm the nervous system, this retreat is a beautiful blend of wellness, connection, laughter, and soul-soothing rest.
