Join us at The Almanage for a four-day experience designed to restore and realign. Nestled at the base of the Knockmealdown Mountains, this immersive retreat weaves together mindful movement, including yoga and tai chi, guided meditation, and seasonal macrobiotic meals — all curated to support a deeper sense of ease and connection within.
