A three-session sleep programme run over three months that invites you to slow down and reset.
Working with your parasympathetic nervous system, this sleep programme offers a calm and grounded approach to restoring balance between mind, body, and soul. The programme runs over three sessions across three months – booking the full three-session programme is recommended but single session bookings are also welcome.
Across each day, you’ll be guided through the gentle, easy-to-follow practices of yoga nidra, meditation, and tai chi, supported by nourishing meals throughout the stay. The focus is on easing stress, encouraging deep relaxation, and settling yourself, all while immersing yourself in the Co. Tipperary nature.
