5:00 PM | Arrival & Settle In

A soft, quiet gathering to arrive in the space, settle your energy, and set your intention

6:30 PM | Gentle Evening Meal

A nurturing introduction to the retreat—wholesome, warming and soul-settling.

Day II

8:30 AM | Breakfast & Relax

10:00 AM |  Arriving

We enter the day through the breath, calming the nervous system before moving into gentle yoga to release the body’s layers.

1:00 PM | Nourishment & Nurture – Gourmet Vegetarian Lunch

2:00 PM |Connecting

 A time for meditation and ancestral circles, finding the beauty in our shared and individual paths.

4.30 PM | Integrating 

We conclude with a deep Yoga Nidra, leaving you feeling light, clear, and deeply at peace before you travel home
