Day I – Arriving Home to Yourself

4:00 PM | Arrival & Settling In

5:00 PM | Opening Circle & Gentle Breathwork

6:30 PM | Nourishing Vegetarian Dinner
A warm and wholesome evening meal to ground, restore, and delight your senses.

8:00 PM | Spiritual Healing – Yoga Nidra Guided Rest

9:00 PM onward | Quiet Time / Optional Journaling

Day II – Rest, Ritual & Reflection

9:00 AM | Breakfast
Enjoy a slow morning and nourishing food in peaceful silence or gentle company.

11:00 AM | Mindful Walk through the Woods to the Famine Graveyard

1:30 PM | Light Lunch
Seasonal, soul-nourishing food shared in quiet presence.

3:00 PM | Gentle Stretches with Mantra

4:00 PM | Soul Card Reflection

5:00 PM | Candlelight Yoga Nidra & Reflection
